b. Reservations more than 30 days: A booking deposit of 20% is due upon booking, first months rent due 30 days prior to arrival, balance due before arrival. Booking deposit may be negotiated on a case-by-case basis for frequent and repeat tenants.
c. Reservations greater than 90 days may make payment arrangements on a case-by-case basis for fourth month and beyond. - All payments to be made to: Christopher D. Kearney.
