    • All times in local USA time. You are asked to arrive between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM hours, and are asked to leave by 10:00 AM on the morning of departure.

    PAYMENT:

    a. Reservations less than 30 days: A booking deposit of 20% is due upon booking and payment in full is due before arrival.
    b. Reservations more than 30 days: A booking deposit of 20% is due upon booking, first months rent due 30 days prior to arrival, balance due before arrival. Booking deposit may be negotiated on a case-by-case basis for frequent and repeat tenants.
    c. Reservations greater than 90 days may make payment arrangements on a case-by-case basis for fourth month and beyond.
