This spacious 2400 sq.ft. end unit townhouse villa on a private lake with patio for sun, BBQ, and fire pit. Enjoy the use of a 12' pontoon boat for ultimate sunsets and relaxation. Just a short boat ride away is a community club with 3 pools, Jacuzzi, sand volleyball, 4 lighted tennis courts, playground and BBQ area. The lake is stocked with ample fish, including Bass and Catfish. The master bedroom has a king size bed, private bath, and balcony overlooking the lake. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a pull out trundle. The third bedroom has a full size bed.
