Heated swimming pool and hot tub are seasonally available (closes for winter in October). This is the LAST development before entering the National Forest lands. Therefore, you can walk right out of the condo and enjoy miles of trails for hiking, biking and cross country skiing. The park setting of this condo unit is unparalleled. 10 minutes from Heavenly Ski Resort and Nevada Stateline Casinos. 30 minutes from Tahoe City (Whitewater Rafting in Summer months). One hour drive to Reno, Nevada.
