Durango condo Rental Property Information

Come relax and enjoy a beautiful romantic getaway nestled at 9,000 feet in the San Juan Mountains. Cozy up by the fireplace and listen to the Aspen wood crackle and pop while you watch the snow cover the aspens and pines. Or if you visit during the fall, you can watch the Aspens change colors to a beautiful burnt orange as you sit on the balcony sipping on your favorite hot-toddy! Our condominium is a newly remodeled one bedroom with a full kitchen. It's one of only a few corner units, giving you plenty of light and views year round, as well as letting the crisp mountain breeze cool you off during the summer months. We have a king size bed in master bedroom, a full kitchen, large bath with a Jacuzzi tub, wood burning fireplace with an unlimited supply of wood, a “private” balcony overlooking the Aspens and Pines, washer/dryer, flat panel TV including all of your favorite HBO channels, free high-speed WiFi and free long distance calling within the U.S.. Come enjoy our home!

Ready to Ski? Just walk outside and catch the shuttle for a quick 1.6 mile ride to the Durango Mountain Ski area, formerly known as Purgatory, without fighting the traffic and parking. Enjoy one of the 85 ski trails for all levels of skiers. Complementary shuttle leaves every 30 minutes. Ready to hike? There are numerous breathtaking hikes just minutes from your doorstep! Ready to Swim and/or workout? We have an indoor heated pool, sauna and hot tubs for you to enjoy after a workout in our gym on our new tennis court. Ready to dine out and / or shop? Durango offers a great selection of boutique shops, fine and casual dining. During the warmer months, you can enjoy the numerous hikes throughout the San Juan mountains, mountain biking, 4 wheeling, golfing, kayaking, rafting, tubing, horseback riding, tennis, a ride on the Historic Silverton Railroad or just kick back and enjoy a soak in the hot springs.
