Enjoy this lovely 2000 sf Teton Valley home furnished with antiques and western art located in your own private 8 acre aspen grove. Gaze at the Tetons from the quiet Idaho side as you drive down a country road and turn down the lane into the aspen grove that leads to this lovely home. Snowshoe, ski or hike out the front door. Ski the powder at Grand Targhee 25 minutes away or Jackson Hole 65 minutes away, then come home and soak in the master bath corner jetted tub or outside in the spa on the 800 sf deck. Enjoy the lack of noise, traffic or light pollution and sit by the no hassle propane wood stove to read or write your memoirs. Prepare your meals in the antique style kitchen complete with original 1950's gas stove and then snuggle into the queen size birch bark bed with Select Comfort mattress. The quaint nearby town of Driggs has cute shops, cafes, health food store and restaurants, Curves workout place, yoga/massage studio and grocery store complete with sushi bar.

Enjoy all the glorious recreational activities this area has to offer. Whether it's sightseeing in Grand Teton or Yellowstone National Parks or climbing the Grand, the activities here are limitless. Activities abound in every season. Three exquisite ski resorts are within 75 minutes including Grand Targhee, Snow King and Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Groomed trails are nearby or simply strap on your snowshoes or cross country skis and go out the front door and into the woods. Rent a snowmobile or take a snow coach into Yellowstone. Autumn is a blaze of golden leaves and hiking trails are endless. Visit Jackson Hole with its cowboy history and many art galleries, shops, restaurants, theatres and activities. Shoulder seasons and summer you can rent kayaks, bicycles,, motorcycles, rafts, or go world class fly fishing at the nearby Henry's Fork or Snake or Teton Rivers. There are at least four golf courses within a few miles and hot air balloon or glider rides on both sides.

    Remainder of rental fee, plus a $200 damage deposit (which will be returned within two weeks after you check out if no damage) due 45 days prior to arrival date.
    Refunds of Deposit: If you cancel more than 90 days prior to arrival date your deposit will be returned in full.
    If you cancel between 60 and 90 days prior to arrival, your deposit minus $275 will be returned.
    If you cancel less than 60 days prior to arrival your deposit will not be refunded.

Downstairs master bedroom/meditation room is a cozy cornflower blue room with blue pine wood floors and gorgeous view from bay windows of aspen forest. This room has a twin size lodgepole bed with nightstand, large overstuffed chair for relaxing and dresser. It is completed with a large walk-in closet, luxury private bath and door to deck and hot tub.

The heart of this beautiful home is the large great room with soaring wood ceiling, lodgepole column, large windows with stained glass, warm Australian cypress wood floor, antique propane woodstove and beautiful views of aspen trees, valley and wildlife corridor. The kitchen/dining area is filled with antiqued white cabinets and has a 1950's restored gas stove, hickory wood floors, oak furnishings and antique china cabinet/desk. Bay window with view of aspens and doors leading to the deck complete it beautifully. Convenient upstairs laundry room has a washer/dryer and ironing board and iron. Insulated garage has room for one to two cars. Stairmaster in basement if you prefer to stay home.

Important And Miscellaneous Info If You Are Allergic To Cats Or Dogs, Please Do Not Consider This Rental. You Will Need 4-Wheel Drive To Securely Access This Property In Winter. If You Are An Early Bird Skier, Please Be Aware That Sometimes The Driveway Is Not Plowed Until Later In The Morning. This Should Also Be Considered When Making Airline Reservations. If You Have A Well Behaved Pet That You Travel With Feel Free To Call Me To Discuss Bringing Him Or Her. You Will Not Be Able To Leave Them In The House Alone However. My Caretaker Lives On The Property And May Be Available For Pet Sitting, Babysitting, Maid Service And Shoveling For An Additional Fee. There Are Some Excellent Massage Therapists In The Area Who Would Be Willing To Make Housecalls. Although There Is A Television And VCR And DVD Player In The Home, There Is No Television Reception. If You Require TV Please Let Me Know And We Can See About That Possibility. Also, There Is No Telephone So Be Sure To Have A Cell Phone.
