Montauk house Rental Property Information

This private home provides 1500 sq. ft of brand new living space with two large bedrooms, private baths, open living-dining and kitchen area. Each bedroom provides a king size Tempur-pedic mattress bedroom which can be converted to two twins if necessary as well as a private full size bath room with Bain-Ultra Hydro thermal tubs that included a LCD Chroma Therapy light system. Bose radios and full cable TVs also are in each room. Not your average B&B, The downstairs of this house is completely separate from the owners living space which is upstairs. Nine foot ceilings throughout the B&B, the living room has a beautiful stone fireplace, two couches, (one pull out), large TV with hundreds of DVDs to choose from. Wireless Internet is available. Dining room and kitchen with granite counter tops make this area feel like home. Coffee always available with our instant Krups coffee machine. Outside enjoy your grill on the large stone patio with in-ground pool. Heated if requested!
