Tucked away down a quiet dirt lane in a secluded compound, Dunshee's Casita is a two-bedroom adobe guest house. Spacious yet cozy, the Casita is furnished with country antiques, featuring traditional New Mexican details, a kiva fireplace, skylights, cable TV/ DVD player, and the artist/owner’s personal touches: fresh flowers, homemade cookies, folk art, great books and gracious hosting. The Casita has a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a Mexican tiled bath and two private patios, one sunny, one shady. Dunshee’s is ideally located in the historic Canyon Road area, about a mile from the bustle of the Plaza.

The fully-equipped kitchen is stocked with all you'll need for a healthy breakfast including gourmet coffee, fresh juice, seasonal fruit, yogurt, homemade granola, and a variety of delicious muffins. If you opt for the daily rate, your breakfast treats will be restocked daily.
Dunshee's is ideally situated just one mile from the bustle of the plaza, and a few blocks from the galleries and restaurants of Canyon Road. After a day of skiing, hiking, exploring the ancient Native American sites, or combing the flea market or shops downtown, you'll appreciate the solitude and comfort of your own cozy retreat. Relax in front of a crackling fire in winter, or unwind in summer on your patio while you enjoy some of our famous sunsets.
Owner Susan Dunshee lives next door, and is happy to give directions and candid opinions on where to eat, sightsee, shop, and hike, and to make sure you make the most of your time in the 'Land of Enchantment'.
