The Blue and Green Cottages are located in a two story house with amazing views looking out over Perch Island in Linekin Bay. Watch the boat traffic from the Adirondack chairs on the property’s dock and float. A path on the property takes you to the water's edge, a great spot for swimming or dining from the picnic table. Enjoy comfortably furnished sun-porches to curl up with your favorite novel, or, gather at the fire pit for an evening of roasting marshmallows. Only a short drive to scenic Ocean Point area or downtown Boothbay Harbor. A great place for one family or rent the whole complex for families traveling together.
