Hidden,tropically landscaped back yard gives vacationers a heated,in-ground pool, floral vine-covered outdoor dining area, and a 5 man hot tub for a late night relax.
Inside accommodations are 4 beds (2 king, 1 queen, and 1 full), 2 shower baths, a fully appointed (all the dishes, pots and pans, spices, utensils) kitchen with dining area, a formal dining room, a formal living room, and a family room that looks out onto the pool and back yard.
Each bedroom has a TV with remote, as well as the family room.
Close to all activities and venues----yet quiet! Good, beachside, residential
neighborhood!

holidays, Rolex 24, Spring Break Nationals, Daytona 200, and Spring Break, with a $125/cleaning fee,
$250/damage deposit. 5 night minimum.
Rates are $400/night during BikeWeek, Daytona 500, and Biketoberfest for up to 8 people over 15 yrs.

The $250/damage deposit is returned within 10 business days from departure after inspection.
