The remodeled kitchen area has a stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all utensils and cookware you will need. All linens and towels will be provided for you. There is a Minimum Age Limit for Renters you Must be 25 to rent.

The free daily breakfast is for everyone staying in the unit, and is a true full breakfast with hot eggs, pancakes,waffles, plus everything else you would expect. It is served in a great setting overlooking the beach and pool areas, and is a great way to meet other people staying at the same time. We have seen dolphins rising out of the water from the breakfast area several times. The daily maid service is also great, new towels, and a clean room every day. A lot of the other weekly rentals do not have this. And free wireless in the room is great, but I recommend at least bringing the laptop to the lounge chairs by the pool, or while you look out at the sunrise off your private penthouse balcony!
