This cedar contemporary three-bedroom, two-bath waterfront house fronts the Almshouse Creek with unobstructed sailboat access to the South River and Chesapeake Bay. There is a deep-water dock (~ 5' MLW), which is plenty deep for a 28-foot sailboat or a 42-foot power boat. Enjoy great crabbing off the private pier; crabbing pots and equipment are provided by the owner. A paddle boat is provided for use on Almshouse Creek (see top photo). The fully furnished kitchen comes with an ice-maker fridge, disposal, and a dishwasher. The laundry room has a washer, dryer, and an ironing board. Additional amenities include a 25-inch cable color TV, stereo, and a VCR. Enjoy the fireplace in the family room in the fall and winter. Special features include a gazebo on the pier, where you can relax and enjoy the abundant wildlife. And the large deck offers an umbrella with dining facilities and a charcoal grill.
