Rental Details $250 security deposit required when making reservation. Non refundable if reservation canceled within 30 days of arrival date. Will be refunded within 1 week of departure upon clean inspection. Full payment due 1 month prior to date of arrival. Rates include bed linens, towels & departure cleaning for weekly rentals. Nightly rentals add $90 departure cleaning fee. Excessive cleaning and/or damage may result is forfeiture of your $250 security deposit. Villa Check-in is 3PM & Check-out is 11AM. Please, no one under 25 years of age as the prime renter. Our villa is a non-smoking, no pet unit. We take pride in the quality of our Villa & want all to enjoy. Non-compliance may result in forfeiture of security deposit. Payment through PayPal or by Certified bank check. This will allow you a safe & secure payment method using either your PayPal account, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express or by bank check..
