Town Centre Reserve apartment Rental Property Information

This property features a one bed one bathroom condo which includes anything you can think of from blow dryer to iron to tennis raquets. Excellent for snowbirds, or a small family looking to take their children to the amusement parks with luxury commodities (compared to hotels) for a better price. Disney is only 7 minutes away. Orlando shops about 15 minutes away. Additionally the property is the closest ground unit to the pool in the development. Great for seniors, handicap (parking space right infront of unit) and it is also right next to the sanded volleyball court. You can watch the kids at the pool from your unit since it has a direct view from the patio. A table with four chairs is available outside on the patio for smokers. (no smoking indoors) the unit is very homey with a full dining table, sofa bed, love seat,king size bed, and a huge walk in closet. We also offer a full size kitchen and utility room with washer/dryer and vacuum. Wireless Internet connection is available.
