Our home is a super-comfortable, air-conditioned delight for families or groups. The safe and beautiful setting in a quiet, gated community means it is the perfect place for the experience of a lifetime. It has very easy access to Walt Disney World, a wide selection of golf courses nearby, restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance and enviable peace and privacy with a conservation view. Its location means it is a convenient base from which to explore the theme parks, the golf courses or the ocean and beaches.
We have 2 master suites and 3 other comfortable, beautifully decorated bedrooms. Just right for family parties of children and adults. The sparkling pool enjoys a greater than usual degree of privacy and is ideal for relaxing after a busy day. Palm Breeze is well equipped if you decide to eat at home and has a good supply of toys, books and games for anyone who needs a break from the pool, parks or golf.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates include Florida State and Local Taxes of 12%.
- Pool heating is an optional extra and is charged at $25 per day.
A deposit of $345 per week booked is required and will secure the booking.
The final balance of payment is due 10 weeks before the start of the rental period.
A fully refundable Security Bond/Damage Deposit of $465 is required before the start of the rental period and will be refunded following a favourable report from our Management Company.
