We do not allow smoking or pets in this unit. The unit also has two ceiling fan's.
This complex is loaded with amenities, including shuffleboard, large pool, kiddie pool, barbecue grilling area, pool side snack bar open during the season, a two-story sunning deck, and much, much more. The association will not allow singles under 25 years of age to rent without adult supervision.
