Our cottage is Located in Nahuel Huapi National Park with breathtaking views and private access to the Gutierrez Lake. Surrounded by a native forest of Coihue and Cypresses it is the perfect combination of seclusion and convenience; a wonderful place to relax by the lake with nobody else in sight, and yet minutes away from the airport, Catedral ski resort, and Bariloche city with very good restaurants and great places to visit.

The house is located over Lake Gutierrez, one of the many lakes of the Nahuel Huapi National Park. Outdoor activities can be done very close, such as treking, kayaking, rafting, fishing, etc. There are many mountain shelters you can visit in the mountains nearby, also day excursions to other lakes: Lake Moreno, Mascardi, Traful, Correntoso, Fonk, Steffen. and El Bolsón or Villa la Angostura villages.
Excellent base for fly fishing day tours, also close to good restaurants around Bariloche.

The living room has a fireplace, and it is next to the dinning room with a round table for 8. All rooms have great views to the lake and mountains. There is a deck over viewing the lake perfect for relaxing, enjoying the day and also starry nights which are absolutely amazing! Caretakers on site (they live 50 meters away, just at hand and
still allowing a lot of privacy) 1 clean per week included, additional can be arranged.
