Rotonda West villa Rental Property Information

This villa is located on the Cape Haze peninsula, just south of Venice. The nearest town is Englewood, with the larger town of Port Charlotte only a 20-minute drive away. This fully air-conditioned and spacious villa has four bedrooms -- three with en-suite bathrooms and the fourth with its en-suite toilet facilities. The villa is fully equipped to accommodate a large family; it has all the typical and the luxury items to make life easier (a list is available). All you probably need to bring are your clothes. The home features a large, solar-heated swimming pool (30 feet by 14 feet) that is totally enclosed in an over-size sunscreen, which provides a large sunbathing area and a shaded lanai for those who like the shade. The pool area has plenty of poolside furniture, sun-loungers with a table and 8 chairs. The lounge and the two master bedrooms have patio doors that open out directly onto the swimming pool area. One of the bathrooms is directly accessible from the pool area.

The home is situated in a quiet mainly residential area with few immediate neighbors and little passing traffic. It's on a south-facing landscaped lot, with the rear garden, complete with fishing dock, backing onto a local waterway that has pleasurable views and local bird life.

There are six golf courses within two miles, and many more within a 20-minute drive. Nearby there are many beautiful sandy beaches (with not many people), and a wide variety of water sports available within a 15-minute drive of the villa. For those who wish to perfect their shopping skills, there are several shopping malls and many large stores within easy reach. There are many good local restaurants, and many others in the nearby towns.
