Private acre Lake Ida waterfront getaway located on an island setting amidst 20 acres of undeveloped property just minutes from downtown Delray Beach. Delray is a community of artists, antique shops, 5 star restaurants, ocean beaches, theatres, golf, tennis and more.
Plenty of wildlife, pelicans, iguanas, and people friendly peacocks.
The area is quiet, secluded with only 3 homes within 20 acres. Ideal location for writer, artist, antique hunter or just R&R.
Weekends sport plenty of water activities, jet skiing, a paddle boat available for guests use, phenomenal fishing, canoeing and kayaking for rent, pool and BBQ.
The studio has a private entrance with a full size and twin size bed or a king size bed on request, fridge, and outdoor kitchen with BBQ, private bath, private fenced/gated patio with spectacular view of Lake Ida. We are pet friendly and have 2 dogs and a cat as well.

Unit is fully furnished with Dish TV, ac, linens. One mo security is required.
Security is refunded 7 nts after departure less $100 cleaning charge. Pets
Require proof of vaccination and flea control with a $100 non-refundable charge.
Owner will assume responsibility for pet damage and yard clean-up.
2 person maximum rental. Non-smoking. Weekly rentals will be considered off
(May-Sep) $250/week - Off Season. All utilities included. Washer
And dryer available on weekends. Rentals less than 6 mos pay 6.5% tax.
