FENCE (Foothills Equestrian and Nature Center) - Located in nearby Tryon, this center has delightful trails and sometimes-guided nature walks. SNOW SKIING WITHIN 2 HOURS: Cataloochee Sledding and Tubing Appalachain Ski Mountain Wolf Ridge Ski Resort Sugar Mountain Resort Beech Mountain Resort SNOW TUBING: Moonshine Mountain Snow Tubing
