  • The master bedroom and bathroom are located on the main floor. The master bathroom is very large with great views of the river right from the bathtub! All of the bathrooms are furnished with soft, fluffy towels and also decorated with the local fly fishing lighting and art.

  • All of the bedrooms have access to one of the 2 large decks overlooking the river. We have decorated all of them with amazingly comfortable linens and local fly fishing art. We feel that a good night sleep is just as important as the view! There are also 2 additional aero-beds in the closet downstairs. All of the bedrooms have large walk in closets to store your belongings.

What makes this house unique is that each of the bedrooms has an amazing view of the river and its own access to the deck. The house is in a gated community for security, the back deck facing the river allows you to relax in natural beauty because there are no houses across the river. The Kitchen is open to the living room and has all top end appliances, wine cooler and bar. The living room and dining room have views of the canyons and river below. The quietness, the views and tranquility alone make this an amazing opportunity to share in Bend, Oregon. There are two decks. There is also a theater room downstairs equipped with a 42' flat screen LCD with HD for movies and television. The house has a video library as well. The living room is also equipped with a 42' LCD that articulates to the kitchen or to the living room to allow optimal viewing. The fireplace is a high end Mendota that illuminates flames and is a direct heat source with an internal fan to circulate warm air.

Relax and Enjoy This is one of the most unique properties in Bend. It offers you a place to relax and take in the beautiful views of the river and appreciate the wild life all the while you are only 5 minutes from downtown Bend. Take advantage of the walking, running, biking trails, the park next door and the fishing and swimming just out the back door!

Skiing Information: Bachelor (20 minutes from the house) is an incredible place to ski. It's lifts are extremely fast and the runs are long. They offer skiing for beginners to experts, no matter what level skier you are you are guaranteed a great time. Hoo-doo (35 minutes from the house) is another smaller ski mountain that is perfect for a quick day trip or afternoon skiing. Again, great for all levels of skiers.

Golf Information: Bend is known for its world renown golf courses. There are numerous options for golfing in Bend, Sisters, La Pine and Sun River. Stay for a week and you still wont be able to hit all of them!
