New Orleans house Rental Property Information

Come stay in our Penthouse suite without Penthouse prices..located in Historic Faubourg Marigny, a lovely neighborhood just next to the French Quarter. This 1830's corner building with a wrap-around balcony is a treat to stay in. This is the upstairs 1300 sq ft unit with a view of 3 old church steeples from every corner. Everything you need is in the area--grocery, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, yoga-- it's a safe place and people walk and ride bikes all over this area. This old brick building has 14' ceilings, wood floors, full kitchen, 3 beds and a futon, (4 beds total, only 2 private bedrooms), 2 baths, washer/dryer, TV/DVD/CD. Never had flooding here-this is high ground. Treat yourself--this is way better than a hotel! You are 10 blocks from the Quarter--it's a great area to park close to the Quarter, and walk in- the parking in the Quarter is crazy, so this works well.
