Marshfield cottage Rental Property Information
Renovated in 2008, this quaint beach cottage is just 10 steps (one house) from Brant Rock beach.
Directly across the street from shops, a market, laundramat, restaurants and bars.
The cottage has an open floor plan on the first floor with a deck in the front and one on the side of the building. There is a pullout queen size sofa, love seat, table w/ 6 chairs, kitchen area and 1/2 bath.
The second floor has 2 bedrooms, each with queen size bed plus a full bath.
There is parking for up to 3 cars in front of the house on the street. (Most people park their car and don't use it all week)
You can take side trips to Cape Cod (30 miles south) or Boston (35 miles north). There is a ferry to Provincetown based out of Plymouth, or ferries to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard from Cape Cod.
