Hale ROMANTIK' has just been completed. Located just 40 feet from the ocean. In this location you do not have to look for the Humpback Whales; you will hear them. There are also Spinner Dolphins, and occasionally Manta Rays. The waters in this location are considered some of the best fishing grounds in Hawaii. The past Mayor of Milolii knows everything about the area and can offer an all-day fishing charter. We will be happy to secure a reservation for you. Kayaks are also available for your use, on the property. This ocean front house is open and airy; simply a pleasure for your stay. The house has all amenities, including a 500 sq. ft. lanai. You see the ocean from every room, even from each bedroom, which has Swedish TempurPedic mattresses. Tile and Granite by Tile Warehouse; the most reputable company on the island.This brand-new ocean front home is beautiful and very special. When we moved to Kona 20 years ago, we knew this was paradise! Just call Ole and Elaine Jensen.
