    This listing is for a single private property. If you only reserve 6BR the other 6 Bedrooms will not be rented out and will simply be closed off. Each rental is private to each group. The villa has 12 bedrooms total...however, we offer pro-rated rates for less bedrooms (we will only be renting to one group at a time). For example, rates start at 6 Bedrooms (the other 6 Bedrooms would be closed off and not rented to anyone else). We also have 7,8,9,10,11,12 Bedroom Rates...but the minimum rental is for 6BR or 12 guests, Maximum Capacity is 12 BR 24 guests.
    This is a single property and not multiple units - as the rental is only for one group at a time (not multiple groups or rentals).
