Located just steps from the sand at 54th street - Newport Beach's premier surf spot and host of the 2008 Arnette ASP Pro Junior Surf Tour, Volcom’s VQS World Championships, NSSA Open Season Events, the Quiksilver Surf Shop Challenge and many other great surfing events each year. Whether you surf or would like to catch some of the best surfing talent in action, this property is just for you. 1 car garage is private (not shared) with plenty of street parking as well. The living room has a fireplace, as well as a big screen television w/ DVD player. TV also in the master bedroom. Wi-fi Internet provided free of charge. However, housekeeping charges are not included in the rental rates.
