Avon condo Rental Property Information

Located in Avon, Colorado, on Nottingham Lake, with a view of Beaver Creek ski area, this lovely 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo is easily accessible to Vail (10 minutes east), Beaver Creek (5 minutes up the mountain), and Arrowhead (5 minutes west). The condo has a mountain lodge decor with wood-burning fireplace. Best of all, our 'back yard' is a large park around Nottingham Lake. We enjoy the walking/jogging path around the lake all year round; roller blades can be rented at the lake check-out. Guests also enjoy fishing around the lake, and paddle boats are available in the spring, summer and fall. A volleyball court and playground are also located within short walking distance. Ice skates are available at the lake check-out in winter. The incredible view of the lake with Beaver Creek mountain in the distance....is the best decor of all.

Ours is a non-smoking condominium (OK to smoke outside on the deck). For a minimal daily rate, Avon Recreation Center is close by with exercise equipment, exercise classes, hot tub, indoor pool, and even a kids' water slide! For summer fun, there is an outdoor community swimming pool in Eagle Vail which is adjacent to Avon. A shuttle stops every 15 minutes at the condo driveway, providing transportation to the Vail or Beaver Creek connection in two minutes or around Avon village for shopping. The bus ride to Vail takes an additional 15 minutes, and there is a small charge. A car might be handy for grocery shopping or late nightlife in Vail. Although we are new advertisers on the HomeAway web site, we were members of A1Vacations and Cyberrentals for many years, and we have many satisfied return customers.
