Panoramic views from master bedroom, living room, kitchen and all decks of Okanagan Lake and Mountains. We are on a dead end street with Kalamoir park at the end of the street, which is within walking distance. Kalamoir park is on the lake with beaches and pathways for several kms along the lake. At night there are no street lights, so the view of the stars is incredible. When there is a full moon, the moon rise is breath taking. Located across the street from the house is a private gated beach. Relax, tan, roast hot dogs and enjoy the sunsets around a cozy fire on over three serene acres. This park has: -Sandy beach with two concrete picnic tables and fire-pits -Concrete boat launch with easy turnaround and secure parking -Swimming platform located in designated swimming area -Stream and shady trees

Golf 10 min. drive. Big screen tvs, washer and dryer is private, iron and ironing board, 5 alarm clocks. 52 inch big screen TV, 40 big screen TV, and a 25 inch TV. Xbox console and games.

There are 3 canoes for your use at the house. The backyard has a 20 ft. by 40 ft. salt water swimming pool and a hot tub which is completely private with 10 ft. cedars all around. Award winning wineries such as Quails Gate and Mission hill are within walking distance. Quails gate is a 5 min. walk and has exquisite dining. Other wineries close by are Little Straw and Mt. Boucherie. There is also several golf courses within 5-10 min drive. Two Eagles golf course is a 5 min. drive away and the course over looks Lake Okanagan.

This is a terrific home for a family gathering or reunion, or for vacationing with a group of friends. Lots of room for everyone in this 4500 Square foot house. This is a great home to have a great vacation with the pool, hot tub, private beach, view of the lake, kayaks, foosball table…. Everything that makes a holiday great is easily accessible.
