Gulf front family vacation town home located directly on the beach. Walk right out your back door to the sugar-white sands on the beach. The huge balcony spans the length of the town home and has a grill/smoker and outside hot and cold shower. The living room area and kitchen are large and is a great place for all to gather. There is a 50 inch flat screen TV in the living area and TV's and DVD's in all bedrooms. Master suite has large bath with Italian tile and marble countertops and private sun balcony. Garage parking for four vehicles. New outdoor furniture on main balcony and two lounge chairs on private master suite balcony.

There are many restaurants, shops, golf and outdoor music venues. You can fish or dive the world's largest artificial reef or visit the National Museum of Naval Aviation.

Take the beach trolley to the shops, restaurants, open-air concerts and festivals or night spots. You can go deep sea fishing, diving or rent a boat or jet ski.

Sounds of the surf from your two balconies. Smell of salt water on the breeze, sunrises and sunsets over the Gulf and sea oats on the sugar white sand..... Walk on the beach and collect sea shells. Watch the dolphins in the Gulf, all right outside your door.
