Conveniently located, Anthem is approximately 30 minutes north of Sky Harbor airport @ exit #227 off the 17. Also, Sedona and Prescott are a just a short drive north on the 17 for a great historical and sightseeing adventure. The west facing backyard on the golf course provides unobstructed, quiet, breath taking views of the incredible Southwest sunsets. Enjoy afternoons and evenings listening to your favorite music on the patio or in the pool through the custom outdoor stereo system. The patio includes a barbecue, full length misting system and ceiling fan to cool you down as needed. It is the optimum in relaxation.

Guests will have access to all Country club facilities including state of the art fitness rooms, heated pools, tennis & golf. The private golf cart provided with this property will enhance your experience and allow ease of access in the Anthem community.

Guest Book 'Oasis in the Desert' Just spent a week here and loved every minute of it. The house is very clean and well maintained. The pool and patio are a great place to pass the afternoons. Everything was excellent and Greg is a pleasure to deal with. Would stay here again without a problem !!!!! Thanks Greg !!!!!!!!!!! Scott My husband and I visited this house with our two young boys for a week in early April. It was the perfect place to escape from a long Alaska winter! Although the pool was a wee bit cool for swimming, it was beautiful and our boys couldn't get enough of playing in and around it. We also took them to the heated club pools which were perfect. The neighborhood was pristine and felt very safe. Great proximity to the local playground, miniature train, shopping, and day trips to Phoenix. I also loved working out at the fitness club every day.
