Enjoy this fully furnished property located in a charming, quiet neighborhood just blocks off of upper State Street.  Relax and enjoy the beautiful mountain views from the back patio and pool area, complete with outdoor furnishings and a gas BBQ.  Or sit on the front porch rockers with the evening sunset....... Bedroom one has a queen bed and also a small built in office area, complete with computer, fax machine and wireless internet.  The second bedroom has a twin bed with a 'pop up' trundle, for a total of 2 twin beds or they can come together for a king size bed.  Less than 10 minutes to all of Santa Barbara's points of interest, with 2 parks walking distance from the house.  Exploring Santa Ynez wine country is a short 40 minute drive. Fireplace, Phone, Cable TV, DVD, VCR, fax, fully stocked kitchen, Microwave, Washer & Dryer, Dishwasher. No Smoking inside of the house.
