Canmore condo Rental Property Information

Our centrally located condo will feel like your home away from home. We are long-term Bow Valley residents and thus our home features special touches not found in any hotel or typical vacation home. The Condo is 1092 square feet and features a master bedroom with queen-size bed, two walk-in closets and adjoining four piece bathroom. There is a double bed in our den. The open concept living room-dining room-kitchen opens onto a large balcony overlooking the Three Sisters and Rundle mountains. Our home has a very comfortable feeling. The view is amazing! Local amenities (groceries, liquor, restaurants) are less than a one-minute walk away. With a five-minute walk you can be in the heart of downtown Canmore - full of shops, restaurants, and galleries. Please note that the private entry to the unit is at street level. Upon entering the foyer area, you then ascend a flight of stairs to access the main living area. There is not an elevator or wheelchair lift inside the unit.

Everywhere you look is another gorgeous mountain view. There are several award-winning golf courses located within Canmore, and even more located just a short drive away. If you enjoy skiing, Mount Norquay, Sunshine ViIlage, and Lake Louise Mountain Resort are all easily accessible.
