  • Both bathrooms were completely gutted and renovated in August, 2008. Everything is brand new. There is gorgeous travertine tile in both bathrooms. The master bathroom has a double vanitiy with custom cabinetry and onyx vessel sink bowls. The shower system includes body jets and a rainshower head. The other full bathroom has inserts of sparkling glass tile in the shower that is just beautiful! The tub, toilet, sink chest, lighting, flooring, shower doors are all brand new. Clean, clean, clean!

  • The bedrooms have been completely renovated in Summer of 2008. New travertine flooring is in all the bedrooms. The master bedroom is comfortable and romantic with its four poster canopy bed with sheer draperies. We also built a custom banquette seat where you can relax, read a book and watch the sunset over the ocean. The second bedroom is equally as luxurious as the master bedroom. Both rooms boast high thread count sheets (600 thread count!) and hypo-allergenic pillows. This bed is set up high and there are steps that assist you to get into the bed. You can lay in bed and take in the ocean views. The third bedroom has brand new cottage style bunk beds. The lower bunk is a full bed that two people could easily sleep in, the upper bunk is a single bed. There is a desk in the kids room as well, feel free to bring your laptop...we have wireless internet so you can stay in touch if you need to. All of the bedrooms have new, flat screen panels TV's and DVD's.

Completely renovated in Summer of 2008. Brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, new furniture, mattresses, linens. Not your typical rental, we went above and beyond so that you will have an outstanding experience with us. This is designer owned and we wanted it to not only look beautiful, but to be functional and comfortable. Our place is the perfect blend of family friendly, yet romantic and luxurious. All of this and walking distance to the beach. Cuisinart non-stick pots and pans, plenty of kitchen utensils (wine opener, can opener, spatula, wisk, wooden spoons, ladel, etc.). Brand new knife set. We have included some videos for the young children that you may enjoy (Disney, Princesses, etc.) There is one lanai off the family room and is visible from the kitchen and the family room. There is additional seating here for a few people to relax and unwind. There is also a lanai off the master bedroom where you can take in the ocean-views!

The kitchen also has a custom built breakfast bar that is connected with the family room so that you can still socialize while preparing dinner. In the family room you can cozy up by the fireplace which has an antique hand-hewn mantle from Virginia, or watch your favorite shows on our 42' LG HD flat screen TV. Each bedroom also has a flat screen TV/DVD and the condo is equipped with high speed internet and free local and long-distance calling within the US. These are little 'extras' that we include in your stay with us that others often do not. There are also 3 outdoor lanais to chose from if you want to sit outside and take in the ocean breezes.

The master bedroom is very romantic with its four poster bed with a sheer canopy. The bed is not just for looks though...the sheets (600 thread count!), mattresses, comforters, pillows are all high quality and super comfortable. In the evenings, open your windows or doors and feel the ocean breeze and let the waves lull you to sleep. Get up in the morning and enjoy the master bathroom which has double vessel onyx bowls, body jets in the shower and custom tile work throughout. The 'kids' bedroom has brand new cottage-style bunk beds with fun, bright, beachy bedding that either boys or girls will feel comfortable staying in. The lower bunk is a full sized bed and the upper is a twin; with an air mattress (which we provide), 4 people can stay in this room very comfortably.

The third bedroom has a four poster queen bed that faces the ocean so you can enjoy the view from your bed! Of course, the plush, Posturepedic mattress is brand new as are the pillows, 600 thread count sheets and luxurious damask bedding. Let's not forget about the ocean view. There is a gorgeous view of the Pacific Ocean from two of the bedrooms and you can sit at the bistro table on the lanai off the master bedroom, have a glass of wine and take it all in. Our proximity to Salt Creek Beach is great! Take the steps down to the beach and you are there within minutes. You can also enjoy the shared pool and hot tub which is just a short walk from the condo. We would love for you to be our guests and we have done what we can to ensure an enjoyable visit!
