Marathon house Rental Property Information
Fabulous, white stucco home smack on the Gulf of Mexico. Oversized wrought iron gates at entrance. Situated on 3 acres of land with magnificent views. Practically every room in the house has a view of turquoise water and palm trees. There are 2 Master suites upstairs with their own private bathrooms & tv's. Downstairs are 2 smaller bedrooms, a large kitchen with big granite island opening up to the family room and another tv - all with satellite. Linens/towels provided. Stainless steel appliances. Decorated beautifully with a tropical feel. Terracotta floors in all rooms. The property has plenty of room to play frisbee or fly a kite! There is a beachy area to play horseshoes or sit back and watch the boaters, read a book, or just relax. Two 3 person kayaks (w/lifejackets!) come with the property too.

The sunsets are spectacular at cocktail hour! There is a huge tiki umbrella with round table that seats at least 12 people on the front patio right on the water's edge. You will fall in love with this house. Our guests come back over and over every year!
