Salt Lake City condo Rental Property Information

Convenient and spacious ski condominium. Ideally located at the base of Big Cottonwood Canyon at the Canyon Racquet Club, it is a short 10-15 minute drive to four major ski resorts (Alta, Brighton, Snowbird,and Solitude) and plenty of space to spread out 2200 sq feet. Park City is only a 30 minute drive. The attached 2 car garage makes coming and going from the slopes easy without the need to remove snow. The unit comes completely stocked with linens, towels and everything you could need in a kitchen. Seating for up to 12 at kitchen and dining room tables (plenty of plates, glasses, and silverware). A private 4 person hot tub on the deck to relax in after a day on the slopes, followed by sitting by the indoor fireplace. This level also has 2 bedrooms each with queen beds with a shared full bathroom and a washer/dryer in the hallway. The upper level consists of a small room with 2 twin beds and the spacious master bedroom with a King bed TV/VCR and full bathroom.
