Plus there are two quiet bedrooms with a shared bath, and a one-bedroom, one-bath attached apartment with a separate entry, kitchenette, living/dining, full bath, & lanai! Futons allow for a total occupancy of 15 people! At the center of the house is a private courtyard where you can lounge and tan next to the soothing waterfall or splash about in the large pool. Relax in the spacious living room which has a fantastic view of Kailua Bay's aquamarine waters. Dine al fresco or at the dining table which seats 10. Kailua is a charming town with laid back, local Hawaiian character. People are friendly and casual. The house is 5 minutes from downtown Kailua with it's plentiful shopping and great restaurants of all kinds. Kailua beach is a windsurfing and kiteboarding mecca. You can also bodysurf, bodyboard, swim, kayak, and snorkel. Kailua beach is a 2.5 mile long crescent of white sand and azure water with abudant shy sea turtles. Kailua Beach has been repeatedly ranked among the best beaches worldwide. It was ranked as the #1 U.S. beach in 1998.
