In beautiful Gold Canyon! Nestled in the foothills of the Superstition Mountains is the setting for our, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. While our back covered patio has a magnificent view of the Superstitions, our front covered patio has a picturesque view of Dinosaur Mountain. Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Credit Cards now accepted through Paypal. Cleaning charge of $100 will be added to all rental fee's. Rental fee includes up to a four person stay. Additional persons are $25 each per stay. Reservations are taken on a first come basis upon receipt of security deposit.
Security Deposit of $250 for stays of less than 31 days, and 10%(minimum $250)for stays of greater than 30 days are required to reserve your dates.
Deposit is refundable in full if reservation is cancelled more than 90 days in advance; less 15% if cancelled 60-90 days in advance, less 50% if cancelled 30-59 days in advance. Cancellations less than 30 days in advance will be forfeited.
