Imperial Beach cottage Rental Property Information

IB beach cottage is located 1.5 blocks to the beach and Tijuana Estuary Preserve. IB is considered the last beach town before the Mexico border. IB is surrounded by water with the Chula Vista Bay, Pacific Ocean, and the Tijuana River. There are views in every direction and lots of sights to see. The unit is in a tri-plex building and shares a unit with an office. There is a courtyard in the front of the property and a patio area in the back. The building is private and secluded from the street with lots of mature landscaping. The beds are new and the accommodations are comfortable.
