Dreamscape is a single level five-year-old three-bedroom, two and one half bathroom beach house located in the upscale Morgantown beach community. We have designed the house with your budget in mind. Be prepared to relax!! My goal is to give you the absolute best value in vacation rentals today. Because you contacted me owner-direct, I will eliminate all the 'junk' fees normally charged by the large property management firms in Gulf Shores. Gone are all commissions, processing fees, and exorbitant housecleaning fees. I want you to feel the value you're getting for your vacation dollar will make you want to come back every year! Dreamscape comes equipped with one king bed, three queens, and two twin bunks. There are also two Full sleeper sofas and a Queen sleeper sofa. The home features, four TVs, CD/DVD player, high speed internet access, satellite television, and a charcoal barbeque grill. We have gone to extraordinary lengths to think of everything anyone could possibly want for the perfect beach vacation. Your comfort is our most important priority. Dreamscape sits just steps from the beach boardwalk and has wonderful views of the Gulf from all the living areas. Morgantown also has two beautiful neighborhood swimming pools, exclusive to those in the community, and a brand new pair of tennis courts for those with exercise on their minds. For golfers in the group, Dreamscape is located next door to the world famous Kiva Dunes Golf Club, a winner of numerous Golf Digest awards. Just down the street is home to 27 perfectly manicured holes at the Peninsula Golf Club. Both resorts are truly world class.

Please come and join us for the sand, surf, and fun! The beaches are magnificent, the golf is spectacular, and the restaurants are terrific. There is truly an activity for every member of the family. Dreamscape is a wonderful home and we would love to share it with you. Dreamscape is located at 6023 South Sea Circle, Gulf Shores, AL 36542. Prices for all of my properties include everything except Alabama state sales tax, and a nominal cleaning fee. The cleaning fee is standard amongst all of my properties ($25/bedroom, $10/bathroom, $50/common area)and is paid directly to the housekeepers. Zero mark-ups. It includes all towels and linens. A $49 damage waiver is required insurance to protect you in the event of any mishaps.
