  • The Lighthouse condominiums are located right in the heart of Gulf Shores. Prices for all of my properties include everything except Alabama state sales tax, and a nominal cleaning fee. The cleaning fee is standard amongst all of my properties($25/bedroom,$10/bathroom, $50/common area)and is paid directly to the housekeepers with zero mark-ups. It includes all towels and linens. A $49 damage waiver is required insurance to protect you in the event of any mishaps. For your convenience, I've added a link to my website which makes it easy for you to purchase optional trip insurance from AIG, a AAAAA rated insurance company (highly recommended!!!).
