Santa Cruz cottage Rental Property Information

This quaint, attached guest cottage is nestled between the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor and Old Capitola Village. It is located only two blocks from a secluded beach and prime East Cliff surfing. The cottage is within walking distance of charming, Old Capitola Village with it's beautiful beaches, warf and fine dining. The cottage has two bedrooms,and one bath. The step down master bedroom has a queen size bed, a parquet floor and open beam ceiling. The second bedroom has twin beds, a closet full of toys and vido tapes for little people..(Crib and high chair are available).The living room boasts a large, comfy sectional, a wing back chair, a reading lamp and cable TV. There is a private picnic table and barbeque area in the fenced yard. The cottage is equipped with bed linnens,and towels. The kitchen includes a gas stove, refrigerator, dishes, flatware and cooking utensils, microwave, toaster and even a coffee pot. It is tastefully decorated with it's own original wall hangings.

A shared washer and dryer, water, garbage, utilities, cable TV and wi-fi internet hook up are all provided, free of charge. Would you prefer off-street parking? We have that too. Check our calendar for availability. Walk or ride bikes or take the local bus to the many nearby beaches, or the Santa Cruz Beach Board Walk. Have a barbeque, play volley ball or enjoy free Friday night concerts on the beach. Go surfing, sailing, fishing or golfing. Take a scenic drive to the nearby Henry Cowell or Big Basin State Parks and hike through the majestic redwood forests. The world renowned Carmel, Seventeen Mile Drive, Pebble Beach Golf Course and Monterey Bay Aquarium are less than an hour away. Another adventure in the area, is renting kayaks and exploring the Moss Landing estuaries where you can observe numerous birds and otters.

Renters must be at least twenty-one years of age. All guests must be listed on the contract; no more than four people (including guests) may occupy the unit. Smoking, loud parties, drugs, and/or excessive drinking are not permitted on the premises.
