It features a heated in-ground pool, outdoor bar, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, wireless Internet access, dishwasher, laundry room, high ceilings, hardwood floors and Central air conditioning. The Master bedroom Suite which runs the full length of the house(15 x 31') features vaulted ceilings, 4 poster Queen bed, a gas fireplace, sitting area in front of the fire, en-suite bathroom with skylight, shower stall and claw-foot tub. Through the sliding doors off this bedroom is a covered balcony with wicker seating overlooking the pool and private backyard. It is well protected by the tall Pines and is private even in the Winter. Large principal rooms on the main floor which is open concept making it easy for everyone to be together even during meal preparation.

Niagara River Recreational trail, a 56 km bike, rollerblading and walking trail stretching from Niagara-on-the- Lake to Fort Erie Close to Marineland, Jet Ski, Zoos, Great Wolf waterpark, Darien Lake amusement park, skylon tower, Casino Niagara, Fallsview Casino resort. Niagara Falls is a 15 minute drive and Toronto is an hour and a half.
