Sugarloaf is the premier ski resort located in New England with the only lift serviced above tree-lined skiing in the East. The Sugarloaf area also includes snowshoeing, skating, turbo tubing, snowmobiling, ice fishing, miles of Nordic trails, and hiking. Our family home offers all the comforts you want after a long day on the slopes including a 6-person hot tub with beautiful views of the Bigelow Mountain Range.   • Payment Terms:
    First come first serve basis. 50% of total payment is due when booking reservation (non-refundable 60 days prior to your arrival date).
    The remaining 50% balance (non-refundable) is due 30 days prior to arrival date, along with a $1000 security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded within 14 days from your departure date as long as the house is in satisfactory condition. We do not accept credit cards.
  • Holiday Rates of $900 a night apply for the following dates: Dec 20 - Dec 31; Jan 16-19; Feb 15 - 20.

    Non-Holiday Rates are $800/night with $900 on Weekend Nights.
