Once you enter into the fenced yard, you have arrived in paradise!! Welcome to this private oceanfront estate. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and downstairs is 1 large bedroom and 1 bathroom. Relax on by the pool outside, which is heated in the winter, while the kids play in the sand. Or take a walk on the 350' pier. Feel free to fish off the pier or just jump into the Atlantic ocean to cool off. At low tide, there is a beach that forms. You can bring your boat or simply rent one and park it at the house. There is a kayak and a rowboat that you can use if you feel adventurous. Also, there is a ping-pong table.
