Boca Ciega Bay, Clam Bayou and its Nature Park, are habitat for manatees, playful dolphins, egrets, cranes, pelicans, flamingos, herons, and much more. Indigenous birds of Florida come to visit the Manor property and the neighborhood regularly, only to further enhance the character and the natural beauty in your immediate surroundings. *The Bay also provides for multi-color skies with fabulous sunrises and sunsets*. *Boaters are very welcomed, as Gulfport is a boater friendly community*. Come by way of land or by sea!

Why not take a leisurely and scenic 12-15 min. walk to downtown Gulfport. This downtown artistic and waterfront center has walking piers, kayaking, sailing... playgrounds, cozy benches and covered swings for children/families/individuals and couples.
