The 'Main House' Accommodating up to 14 people, the Main House has 4 large bedrooms with a total of 5 Queen size beds, 2 Sleeper Sofa's, 3 full baths, a fully equipped recreation room, Loft/Media room, Living, Dining, and Large Kitchen. The Large contemporary kitchen is fully outfitted with stainless appliances, granite counter tops, and all the essentials of gourmet entertaining. Features include a unique 'Mariachi' 4 x 12 island, a five burner range, two full size dishwashers, espresso machine, professional grade pots, pans, and cutlery. There is a large Loft/Media Room on the third floor with private deck and large Hot Tub. The Loft/Media Room has a 60 inch wide-screen with surround sound, and DVDs. There is an oversized leather sofa, sleeper sofa and a comfortable inflatable bed for overflow sleeping. The Lower floor includes a Recreation Room (Pool Table, Foosball Table and 52 inch HDTV), three large Bedrooms with four Queen beds (one bedroom has 2 Queen beds), one sleeper sofa and Full Bathroom
The 'Guest House' THE 'GUEST HOUSE'...is 1300 sf Featuring Stunning Views of Squaw Valley and Squaw Peaks! Floor to Ceiling windows and a large living room The Guest House has two private bedrooms and a 30 x 15 foot sleeping loft. There are a total of 8 beds in the Guest House with extra space in the loft for an additional 2 queen size inflatable beds (making a total of 10 'beds'!). The Guest House has it's own private entrance, large sunny deck with gas BBQ, private 6 person Hot Tub, Full Kitchen, Dining, and large Living Room. DishNetwork TV and high-speed wireless internet connection are provided. The GUEST HOUSE can accommodate up to 12 guests. The MAIN HOUSE and GUEST HOUSE can be rented together for up to 25 people. !!!GUEST HOUSE ONLY IS AVAILABLE FOR WEEK OF FEBRUARY 13!!!
Skiing Information: Squaw Valley Ski Resort is a quick free shuttle ride from the top of your driveway! When there you will find terrific restaurants & bars, shopping in the pedestrian village open year around with ice skating and fantastic views! In the Valley you will find winter sledding, dog sledding, cross country skiing & snowshoeing! All right outside your front door!
