Villa Valencia has only recently been upgraded and is new to the rental market August 2008. The villa is located inside Terra-Verde Resort. It is the perfect choice for your idyllic Florida Family Holiday. Villa Valencia is hard to beat in terms of elegance, comfort, privacy and very importantly, value for money. From the planning stage over four years ago, the Terra Verde Resort was designed with holidaymakers in mind. We believe our home is simply the best 6 bedroom luxury villa available on this amazing resort community!

Location, Location, Location…! Terra Verde Resort is less than 10 minutes from Disney and very close to all the other attractions central Florida and the Orlando area have to offer. 3 mins to drive to Walmart 24hrs and also only 5 minutes from the restaurants and fast food outlets along bustling US 192. Orlando International Airport is an easy 25 mins drive away. However, if you prefer Sanford Airport Orlando, then just an hours drive is all you need. Villa Valencia has an easy access to Universal Studios, Sea World and many Championship Golf Courses. We are centrally located between the Atlantic Ocean, the Gulf Coast Beaches and Cape Canaveral, making all close enough for an enjoyable day trip. Turn off in between Medieval Times castle and Walmart on the US 192 between mile markers 14 and 15. Then follow the road for about a mile to the traffic lights, then turn left onto Poincana Blvd. and about 0.5 miles you will see Terra Verde Resort on the left hand side.

Villa Valencia has only recently been upgraded Villa Valencia is hard to beat in terms of elegance, comfort, privacy and very importantly, value for money! The price shown includes all service fees based on minimum 7 days rental (if less then cleaning fee is applied, total $130). The only option is pool heat if you feel you need it for a winter booking, $28 per day. These prices only apply for 2008.
