Vail condo Rental Property Information

New Remodel! Be one of the first to stay in our remodeled condominium (completed January 2007). We have completely upgraded the interior and furnishings with new cabinets, appliances, loads of built-ins, granite and marble counters, and other fine finishes. We've also added new, luxury mattresses and furnishings.

Our condo is located on Gore Creek and is very convenient to village shops and restaurants, lifts, and the Vail shuttle. We are located about 100 yards east of the Vail Village public parking lot at 442 South Frontage Road East. From our condo, you can walk to either the Vista Bahn or Golden Peak lifts in just five to seven minutes. The covered bridge and the Vail amphitheater and Ford Park are just a few minutes walk along beautiful Gore Creek Trail. A convenient parking space is included.

The living room includes a gas fireplace and a 32-inch LCD TV with HD Cable, a DVD player, and surround sound stereo system. A balcony off the living room provides a place to sit and enjoy the sounds and views of Gore Creek and Vail Mountain. The dining area comfortably seats eight.
