This is a beautiful home located about 3 miles south of
Breckenridge. You can avoid the congestion of downtown but are
close enough to everything wonderful in Breckenridge. Located in
Blue River on a flat lot makes this lovely home easily accessible
even in bad weather. No slippery roads to navigate! Warm cozy
fireplace-stove in living room. The fabulous kitchen is fully stocked with spices, etc., tile counters, upscale appliances, eating bar, and every cooking and baking amenity. Our large dining room table easily accommodates 10 people. Three more at the eating bar. The master suite is upstairs with a soaking Jacuzzi tub, three bedrooms downstairs; sleeping 8. Full heated garage for easy use and low snow maintenance. Watch it snow from the beautiful deck overlooking the Colorado wetlands. This home's open floor plan creates an ambience that is perfect for entertaining and for family gatherings.
