Seclusion The Villa is located on 50 acres in a canyon that is only three miles from Albuquerque's eastern city limits, but it feels like it is a world away. The Cibola National Forest is on the Villa's western and northern borders. The terrain is rugged and beautiful, and the wildlife is plentiful. Hiking trails are nearby and this area is a cyclist's paradise.

Location Because of easy access to I-40, you can be in the heart of downtown in about 15 minutes, to the Sunport (Albuquerque International Airport) in 20 minutes, to Albuquerque Studios in 25 minutes, to the International Balloon Fiesta Park in the same about of time, and in Santa Fe in under a hour.
