Royal Bahamian is one block from beach in desirable Crystal Shores. This picture-perfect home is ideal for vacationing families. The 'naproom' has a daybed, television, Nintendo and VCR. And as if that wasn't enough to please the kids, the front door opens to the pool. Parents, you're sure to love the tropical look of this Caribbean home plus the built-in stereo throughout the house. There is even a large gas grill. Walk on the beach to Henderson Beach State Park (miles of undeveloped beach) or the walking/bike paths of Old Highway 98. Within walking distance to Destin Commons {Rave Cinemas, upscale retail shops and restaurants (Hard Rock cafe, Starbucks, etc)}, retail shops, grocery and restaurants {sea food (Camilles and Beach Walk Cafe), chains (Outback, Chili's, O'Charleys and Olive Garden) and even an Irish Pub}. CRYSTAL SHORES (more convenient than Crystal Beach)......Just steps out your door (approximately 500') is the public beach access to the beautiful sugar white sand and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The Neighborhood Pool, shared by a small number of homes, is directly across the street (watch your children swim as you relax on the front porch). Close By Restaurants and Shops: Restaurants: Beach Walk Cafe and Camille's are 200 yard walk. O'Charlies, Chili's, Outback are about 1/3 of mile. Within one mile is Destin Commons and several adjacent shopping centers that include more restaurants, shops, Rave cinemas, Bass Pro Shops, Belks, Walgreens and Publix grocery stores. Golf: Many courses to play in the Destin area. Closest are Kelly Plantation and Regatta Bay. Others nearby include Emerald Bay, Indian Bayou, and the SanDestin courses of Baytowne, Burnt Pine, Raven and Links
